He's also been to a lot of schools. A lot. I wonder what the end goal is here. Possibly to see what works best for the Space Force? I would recommend he only wear two of the earned insignia: Airborne (when he earns it) and Ranger. It's like the Seal trident, you really don't need anything else, the point has been made.
